What stays on your device
- The PDF files you choose or drop onto the tool.
- The cropped label PDF, the picklist PDF and the CSV file you download.
- Any SKU, size and quantity data read from your labels.
None of this is transmitted, stored or logged by us. When you close or reload the tab, it is gone.
What we may collect
- Basic usage analytics. If analytics is enabled on this site, we may record page views, approximate country, browser type and referral source, to understand which pages are useful. Analytics does not include the contents of your PDFs.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp) for security and reliability.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply.
Sponsorships
If you choose to sponsor the project, payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout page. We never see or store your card details. Through Stripe we receive the name, email address, message and feature suggestion you type into the sponsor form, together with the payment amount. We use them to send your receipt, to thank you and to consider your suggestion. This information is kept in our Stripe account and handled under Stripe's privacy policy. To have it removed, write to us via the Contact page.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage only for essentials such as remembering your light or dark theme and your cookie choice. Optional analytics runs only if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner, and you can change that choice at any time. The full list, with names and lifetimes, is in our Cookie Policy.
Third parties
The site is delivered through a hosting and content-delivery provider, and may load an analytics script. These providers process request data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices
Because we do not receive your label data, there is nothing to delete on our side. For anything else we hold about you, such as an email you sent, write to us via the Contact page and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above.
