What size is a Flipkart shipping label?
It is a 4 × 6 inch (about 100 × 150 mm) label. The PDF you download from Seller Hub is an A4 page with the label at the top and the invoice underneath, which is why it prints too small or leaves half a sticker blank.

Thermal printers such as TSC, Zebra, Xprinter and similar 4-inch models take 100 mm wide media. Choose a 100 × 150 mm (4 × 6 in) paper size in the driver and turn off "fit to page" so the label prints at its true size.
