What a picklist does for your packing workflow

A picklist replaces "open each label and look" with one list: three of KURTI-BLU-01 size M, two of TSHIRT-BLK-07 size L. You walk the shelves once, pull each SKU in bulk, then match items to labels already sorted in the same order.

02

How it works: upload → extract → sort → print

  1. 1Drop your label PDF(s) on the tool above.
  2. 2SKU, size and quantity are read from the table printed on each label.
  3. 3Turn on Sort by SKU so the cropped labels follow the same order as the list.
  4. 4Download the picklist as PDF or CSV and the labels as 4×6.

Sort Meesho and Flipkart labels by SKU and size

Labels are ordered by SKU, then by size in the natural order XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL. Equal SKUs and sizes are added up into one line with the combined quantity.

04

Works with batch PDFs

Drop several label files together and the picklist covers all of them.

05

Free, with the data staying on your device

The picklist is generated in your browser from the PDF you provide. No account, no upload, no fee.

Frequently asked questions

What is a picklist?

A list of every product (SKU, size, quantity) you need to pick from stock to fulfil a batch of orders.

How do I generate one from label PDFs?

Drop the PDFs on the tool above, then press Picklist PDF or CSV in the results section.

Does it sort by SKU and size?

Yes. Rows are sorted by SKU, then by size (XS to XXL), and identical lines are totalled.

What if the SKU is not detected?

Some labels do not print a SKU table. Those labels still get cropped, are placed at the end of a sorted batch, and the tool tells you how many had no SKU.

Is it really free? Do I need to sign up?

Yes. Cropping, batch processing, SKU sorting and the picklist are all free, with no account, no watermark and no file limit other than what your browser can hold in memory.
