Why this free shipping label cropper exists, and how it works.

Updated 2026-10-11

Why we built it

Marketplace sellers in India download their shipping labels as A4 PDFs: a label at the top, a tax invoice underneath. A thermal printer wants a clean 4x6 label. Cutting hundreds of those by hand, or paying for a tool that wants your files on its servers, is a daily waste of time.

This is a free, private alternative. It crops the label, drops the invoice, orders the labels by SKU and writes you a picklist.

How it works

  1. Your browser reads the PDF and finds the text on each page.
  2. It looks for the "Tax Invoice" heading and the label markers, and works out where the label ends.
  3. It measures the printed area so the crop hugs the label.
  4. It builds a new PDF at 4x6, A4, or four-to-a-sheet, using the original page content, so text and barcodes stay sharp.

All of this happens on your device. Nothing is uploaded.

What we are not
